Does anyone else get insanely excited about One Room Challenge reveal week? It’s like Christmas morning for the IDCO team and this latest lineup of spaces did not disappoint. We’re suckers for a great before and after; especially one done within such a crazy short timeline. For those who are new to this process, designers and bloggers transform a room from beginning to end in six weeks while documenting their progress. Let me repeat that…SIX WEEKS. Have a look at a handful of our favorite transformations from the Fall ORC and shop the look inspired by all these knockout spaces below! Plus, peruse our roundup from last season’s challenge right here.
Interior Design and Photography: Erin Kestenbaum
Erin Kestenbaum never ever disappoints with her One Room Challenge reveals. Her classic design style paired with unexpected color palettes and a knack for killer accessories continues with this pale blue timeless kitchen reveal. Funny story: during the process, we chatted back and forth about how our kitchens were design twins, and then at the last minute, they looked so unique. Calling it now, this is one of our favorite reveals of all time. Take the full tour.
Interior Design: Undecorated Home | Photography: Clettis Wright
Undecorated Home slayed this kids + guest bathroom renovation. Not to mention, this was all done in six weeks time. The mix of warm neutrals, vintage rug, matte black hardware and handmade tile are such a pretty combo. Take the full tour.
Interior Design: Farm Fresh Curls
One look at that dark green woodwork (Behr Paint in Bamboo Black) and we were goners. This room from Farm Fresh Curls feels like a really, really sophisticated cabin in the woods. From sleek white sofa to wood storage turned killer room decor, see all the behind-the-scenes action and take the full tour right here.
Interior Design: Homme Boys
If you like retro, this master retreat by The Homme Boys will speak to your soul. What was once a bare-bones office and small bath was turned into layers and layers of rich, weathered color and a soaking tub too. Take the full tour.
Interior Design: The Learner Observer
As the season of hibernation commences, we can’t help but fall in love with this cozy master bedroom reveal. The color palette is so stunning with its rich, moody walls and warm neutral bedding. Take the full tour.
Interior Design: A Glass of Bovino
Would you believe that this dapper office was furnished almost entirely from Facebook Marketplace? Indeed. The art of the find helped this blogger save over 8k dollars and create a home office that feels luxe and layered. Take the full tour.
Interior Design: I Spy DIY
Tucked in an antique, 19th century home, this small bathroom was in desperate need of an update. In just six weeks, I Spy DIY crafted what can best be described as The Bathroom of Our Dreams. This transformation is out of this world. Take the full tour right here.
Interior Design: Nikole Starr Interiors | Photography: Colleen Scott Photography
Laundry is best done in a beautiful setting like this newly revealed space by Nikole Starr. The pale blue cabinetry and toile de jouy wallpaper give this laundry room a decidedly English country feel. Take the full tour.
