Our September favorites are here and this month we’re all about simultaneously bidding adieu to summer and fully embracing those fall vibes. We aren’t at Pumpkin Spice levels yet but this means at least one pair of boots is guaranteed to make it on the list. In addition, you’ll find everything from a windowpane jute doormat to plaid mules and a documentary that just might make you explore the farm lifestyle. Shop the IDCO teams new and noteworthy pieces for the month of September below, plus a few bonus pieces that were way too good to not include.

EVERYTHING from Scout Modern’s new shop – We’re so excited for our dear friend and client’s shop opening. Run, don’t walk to check out her killer collection of home goods. We picked three of our favorites below but there’s so much more to explore.
Pinstripe Cotton Throw – We’re always on the hunt for the perfect end-of-the-bead throw and I think we found a winner.
Ceramic Hat Bowl – Can you ever have too many catch-alls? This whimsical earthenware bowl would look so cute on the nightstand or entry table.
Venice, CA Art Print – Own a little slice of Venice Beach culture with this, dare we say, RAD art print.
Teak Bookends – These are so GORGEOUS. Obsessed with the natural beauty that these teak bookends bring to a shelf.
Windowpane Jute Doormat – Our go-to jute rug meets a windowpane makeover and we are all in.
Sweater Blazer – Fall is definitely on the brain as we start to build our seasonal wardrobes + this sweater blazer promises to be a VIP. Combining the coziness of your favorite knit with the structure of a tailored jacket, it brings the best of both worlds to each and every outfit. We are enamored with that crisp white rendition.
Plaid Mules – Your love affair with mules doesn’t have to stop in the fall. This pair, currently sitting in our carts, marries plaid calf hair with a classic mule shape.
Olive Ankle Boots – From dress to denim, these ankle boots are the perfect accessory, and we can’t get enough of their olive hue.
Large Circle Bag – The classic circle bag is reimagined into this larger than life crossbody from Jenni Kayne that is quickly becoming a wardrobe staple.

FlashPatch Rejuvenating Eye Gels – Puffy eyes be damned. If you are feeling like you need a little pep or extra moisture, Flashpatches are your saving grace. Five minutes and you’ll look like you got a full 8 hours of uninterrupted slumber. It’s our secret beauty weapon.
Double Ended Filler and Spoolie – Hands down, this is the best spoolie we’ve ever used. Great for shaping brows and creating that whispy full brow look, and it’s only $12. This is a mainstay in the beauty regimen.
Ilia Mascara – Every single time I use this mascara, I get a compliment or someone asking me if those are my real lashes. It’s that good. Bonus, it is a clean beauty product (which I am really trying to implement more of) so it is non-irritating.

Blinded by the Light – You don’t have to a die-hard Bruce Springsteen fan to love this movie. It’s a story that promises the sweetest, most joyful vibes, and good music too!
The Biggest Little Farm – You will laugh, cry, be in wonder of the beauty of nature, and you will 100% want to start a farm. This is one of our favorite documentaries to date. A must watch!
Noble Blood – Our love of true crime and royalty collides in this new podcast from Aaron Mahnke. It tells the tales of history’s most fascinating royals. You’ll find tragedy, murder, and a whole lot of family drama with a side of crowned jewels.
Book of the Month – Whether you are a full-on book nerd (guilty!) or just on the hunt for good recs, Book of the Month is the answer. this monthly subscription delivers a selection of 5 new and noteworthy books across several different genres for you to choose each month. It’s our favorite snail mail delivery.
Surf Tribe – We 100% are guilty of judging a book by its beautiful cover but this one is stunning both inside and out. Black and white imagery of surfers and the stories they tell are featured with a very style-savvy cover in the prettiest shade of blue.
Restoration House by Kennesha Buycks – We love Kennesha Buycks blog Restoration House and are equally enamored with her new book that combines beautiful spaces with tips for curating a thoughtful home.
