Call us biased, but we think the #IDCOatHome is quickly becoming one of the most inspirational design feeds around. Thanks to more than 77K posts featuring spaces from across the world, this hashtag has taken off in a major way and we count ourselves lucky to watch it all unfold. As always, we’ve set out to curate our top posts of the month and we’re giving them the star treatment right here, right now. These spaces are the ones that completely stopped us in our scroll, and have earned a permanent spot on our team favorites list.
Don’t forget to keep using #IDCOatHome for your chance to be featured!

True story: we’ve never loved a dining chair quite as much as these modern walnut beauties. With the combination of a natural wood, geometric pattern, and woven rattan, it’s a lesson in well-balanced design elements, and we’re taking notes.

In our book, Katie Monkhouse is one of those designers who can do no wrong. And as for this girls’ bedroom? It’s certainly no exception. The whimsical wallpaper selection adds just enough visual interest as a fun styling backdrop, and the custom double headboard is a total stroke of genius.

When it comes to kitchen islands, Britt Design Studio takes a “go big or go home” approach, and frankly, we couldn’t agree more. This is the kind of design feature that’s made for family moments as the central hub of the entire home.

Ever since coming across Studio RIU, we’ve loved following along with her adventures over on the ‘gram. She knows exactly what it takes to make a house a home, including home office set-ups just like this well-designed space. Anyone who needs some office shelving inspiration, look no further.

Home office design has been getting a lot of attention in 2020, and this scene from Laura Christian is #goals through and through. From the black built-ins to the abstract art to clean and modern desk, we’d have zero issues with WFH productivity in this pretty space.

There’s something about a good breakfast nook that practically begs you to pull up a seat and stay a while. This one from Kelsey Leigh does exactly that with the soothing neutral palette and natural elements galore.

Naturally, kitchens and main living spaces usually get ALL the attention in a project reveal. But sometimes an incredible mudroom slash office nook deserves an extra spotlight. With a winning combo of cute wallpaper, painted cabinets, and beautiful lighting, Wendy Mauro managed to convert a forgettable back entrance into one of the coolest spot in the house.
Interior Design & Photography: @almafied
We always look to Alma Fied for seasonal styling inspiration. This fall, she’s coming in hot with dried florals, layered textures, and warm color tones done JUST right.

Sometimes it’s hard to make a bold design move in the kitchen, but Meg McSherry is showing us all how it’s done. Patterned tile backsplash has never looked so good.

Would it even be a #IDCOatHome favorites list without Brooke Wagner in the mix? Her work blows us every single time, but this modern dining moment is currently topping the list. From the leather dining chairs to the showstopper lighting fixture, it’s impossible to pinpoint a favorite feature from the scene.
