Announcing The Collective Scholarship. There has been a lot of separation lately: separation of people, separation of ideas, separation of beliefs. We’re ready to bring us back together. Together, the IDCO Studio team has been working for months trying to navigate what we can do to help lift others up using the skills we have. In addition to our free resources for interior designers here on the blog, we’re so proud to launch The Collective Scholarship.
The Collective Scholarship is not a giveaway, it’s a helping hand to pull an interior designer up out of the weight of the Covid 19 pandemic. It encourages strategic thought about your business, design creativity and time.
THE COLLECTIVE SCHOLARSHIP
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE SCHOLARSHIP
One interior designer will be awarded the IDCO website template of their choice, custom branding, website template implementation by our team, professional copywriting, a bespoke investment guide to send new inquiries and 30 days of Instagram content creation. The application process is simple, just complete the form below. Submissions are open until Friday June 19th. Our team will review each and every submission individually and select a winner.

WHAT’S REQUIRED
The beauty of The Collective Scholarship is there are no minimum, not maximum, requirements. This Pandemic has affected all walks of life, and we want to award The Collective Scholarship to an interior designer based on design eye and potential, not financial numbers, not race, nor time in business. We want to highlight your potential, not focus on your past. However, to do this effectively, we will be asking for the following items to help us decide:
background about your interior design business
general business financials
client experience + lessons learned
links to your Instagram + Pinterest
a custom design board with no limitations (see an example here)
+ anything else you chose to share with us
HOW TO APPLY
We have embedded The Collective Scholarship entry form for your convenience directly below. You can also access it directly here. We suggest working on the form from your desktop or laptop computer as we’ll ask you to upload files in a few places. *Note – this form can not be saved, so make sure to allot yourself enough time to complete it in entirety.
HOW WE’LL ANNOUNCE THE WINNER
While we wish everyone could be awarded The Collective Scholarship, we’ll do our best to showcase all entries. We’ll be sharing some of our favorite submissions here on the blog along with the final winner announcement on Tuesday, June 30th. The winner will be contacted directly via email on Tuesday, June 30th as well.

I don’t want to pester ya guys but do you know when you might announce the winner of the scholarship? I’m a little frozen in place because all my limbs are crossed for good luck and I’m in a fetal prayer position. I have this feeling you already announced the winner and I’m in a knot, all for naught, not looking in the right place? (Is that a haiku?)

Hi Daniella! We announced the winner today – thank you for your patience (we had a family tragedy… and the world is falling apart)… but we so loved your application! We’ll be doing 4 scholarships a year now – so please apply again this September!
